G2 Names Raken the Easiest to Use Construction Software

From the very beginning, our goal was to create the most user-friendly field management solution on the market. We aimed to design a mobile field reporting tool that took just minutes to get started, and was so simple, it could be used simultaneously to walking the jobsite. Seven years later, we've heard it from hundreds, if not thousands, of customers that our software is the easiest to use construction management platform they've ever tried. This week, major software review website G2 has confirmed what we already knew. In their Winter 2020 Report for Construction Management Software, Raken has ranked at the number one spot for usability.

The usability index factors in ease of use, ease of administration, and how well the software meets requirements. These scores come from customer reviews, where they rate these usability factors through survey questions.

Implementation

When we conduct research in the field, one of the biggest pain points we continuously hear about is the time it takes to set up and implement most new software. That's why we designed Raken as a pick-up-and-go solution, with most users getting the hang of the app within an hour or less.
