Our clients work on the most interesting projects, so to showcase their work, we interview them about their jobs! We interviewed Jason Patak, at McKinstry Construction, who is working on a remodel at the Ochiltree General Hospital in Perryton, Texas.
Raken: What's unique about your project? Patak: Patient Room Remodel to an existing 50 year old hospital that has not been updated in a number of years. Patients will now get a state of the art room upgrade via finishes, gases, lighting etc.
Raken: What's your responsibility at your jobsite? Patak: Construction Manager
Raken: What do you like most about being in construction? Patak: The day to day challenges it brings for the team to problem solve.
Raken: What do you like about using Raken? Patak: Raken has been a great tool to keep up with site progress when other team member are not on site and gives us the historical data to be used at the end of the job. All subs are required to send in a synopsis of their daily activities work and our Site Superintendent inputs it into Raken. I like that the weekly reports are emailed to me every Monday, so I can forward to my client.
Raken: How much time do you save a day using Raken? Patak: It saves us an extreme amount of busy work looking for pictures and trying to understand past events.
You work hard on your projects, and we like to showcase them! If you're interested in having your project featured on our social media and blog, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details! Learn more about our construction site app on our blog.
