Raken, named the #1 daily reporting app and software at AGC National, announced today a new collaboration solution that will revolutionize construction field reporting. The newly released Super Daily streamlines the collection, collation, and creation of daily reports for general contractors and subs.
Once invited by a general contractor, subs get free access to use Raken for their daily reports. As subs enter field observations, a Super Daily is automatically created with everyone’s inputs, including manpower, notes, issues, photos, and attachments for all project members.
“I have done my share of daily reports working as a Project Engineer. From completing dailies to collecting subs’ dailies, I know how time consuming this process can be,” said Stan Singh, Raken’s Product Manager. “The Super Daily was designed to end the headaches of collecting and compiling dailies, essentially putting daily reports in cruise control.”
This new collaboration solution also streamlines the distribution of reports by automatically emailing a Super Daily to project stakeholders. Additionally, it eliminates double entry for both the general contractor and subcontractor while providing greater visibility to project managers, executives, and owners.
Along with this latest feature release, Raken also offers:
Executive dashboard - real-time news feed of daily report inputs. Week & month summary reports - quick snapshot project reports. Photo management - access, manage and download project photos. Manpower export - streamline payroll by exporting hours worked to Excel. 10-year data backup storage - protecting companies against litigation. Speech-to-text functionality - quickly document observations. Real-time notifications - SMS and email for safety and delay incidents.
