Raken’s construction app allows Foremen and Superintendents to track their entire crew’s time through our app on their phone or tablet. We can track hours worked, break times and automatically capture names and roles for each worker.
We work closely with many accounting softwares including Foundation, Sage and Quickbooks. Our software allows your team to capture all time card data digitally in the field and then send that information to the office for expedited review and accurate processing. We have a flat file download that can be uploaded into many accounting softwares to eliminate manual entry of timecard data before processing payroll.
Yes! We have a robust library of Toolbox Talks within the Raken app that can be used to help facilitate safety talks with your crews. Raken allows your team to capture who was present at the meeting and have everyone sign off directly in the app to verify they were present. These reports can be sent directly to the office for review.
Weather is automatically captured at the jobsite three times per day and is included in the daily report. Your team no longer needs to look up the weather manually.
Absolutely, our Production tab in the app allows your field leaders to track the material that has been installed along with any owned or rented equipment being used on the jobsite. This data can be leveraged by the office to determine if expected production rates are being met in the field.

Raken has a survey section that allows your field team to notify the office if there are any delays or safety incidents. We also have a feature that will send an automatic text or email notification to the project stakeholders if there is a delay or safety incident. Shortening the time between a delay or incident occurring and notification of the team can help your project team better manage these issues and find resolution faster.
