Tasks created in Raken are mostly used as a tool to communicate with team members and subcontractors they can also be used as a punch list, a to-do list, or list of reminders because tasks are typically not shared with the owner they're not part of the daily report itself however Raken's newest tool allows for tasks report to be created. This is a great way to see what's been completed what's outstanding and who's responsible for each task. To create a task report simply select the project click tasks then click download from here you can select open and complete tasks based on your needs just type in your email address and click this box here.
If you want the report to include attachments shortly after you receive an email with the option to download an Excel spreadsheet or a PDF report on the PDF report you will see the project information at the top the date this report was created the job number and a list of tasks on this report we have both open and complete tasks each task will have a description the user who created the task an assignee a due date and how many days are left for the completion of this task. By clicking on the camera icon one can access the photos associated with this task to go back just click on this back arrow.
