During your 15-day trial period, you’ll have access to all the Performance plan features—including unlimited projects and users, daily surveys, safety features, production tracking (time cards, material and equipment logs), tasks, a library of toolbox talks, and more. This is to help you decide what works best for your business. At the end of your free trial, you can purchase whichever subscription plan fits your needs.
At the end of 15 days, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to one of our paid plans. There’s no action required if you wish to cancel, and you can log in at any time to reactivate your account. The project data you enter during your free trial will be there waiting for you.
We have two options for billing: monthly or annual. Choosing an annual contract over monthly will save you more money (since annual prices are discounted around 20%). The subscription price is based on a per user, per month model.
Each individual member of your team counts as a user license. For example, if you have 5 supers and 4 foremen that you would like to record data in Raken, you would purchase 9 user licenses. You’re free to add or remove users at any time.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) on our website. We also accept checks for annual plans.
Dedicated training is a premium service included in our Pro and Performance plans. We have a team of onboarding specialists here to help, or you can utilize our tutorial videos and on-demand webinars. Check out our self-service knowledge base.
Free collaborator access is used by general contractors to invite their subcontractors to a Super Daily project without the sub needing to have their own Raken license. The subcontractor can then sign up for an account and will get a 15-day trial with access to all the Performance plan features. After 15 days, their trial is over but they’ll still have free Basic access to the project they were invited to.
You can manage your company’s account and billing within the Raken web portal under "Company" and "Billing". From there, you can view all of your account’s transaction history, download all your receipts, as well as manage your user licenses, see which plan you’re on, and who has been added or removed over your time with Raken.
