Responding to RFIs
It’s easy to respond to RFIs in Raken. When responding, internal and external team members can download a PDF copy of the RFI, add a response and any attachments, and tag others for notification.
External collaborators
External collaborators don’t need a Raken account to respond to RFIs. They’ll receive an email with the RFI details and a link to respond which they can use on desktop or mobile devices, no login required.
Internal team members
Internal team members also receive an email with the RFI details and can review and respond in Raken.
