Build and manage RFIs in Raken, and get complete visibility to all your RFI history in one spot, including documents marked-up in Bluebeam. Start by capturing all the relevant details, including potential cost or schedule impact, drawings, and other supporting documentation. Add automated notifications for stakeholders and invite partners to reply in guest mode for easy collaboration and quick follow-up.
If you use Bluebeam, you can create and link Bluebeam sessions to your Raken RFI for real-time collaboration. All of your PDF attachments are pulled over and assignees are invited to join. Design and engineering teams can then mark-up drawings and attachments in Bluebeam, and any changes are saved in Raken as new attachments.
