“Before Raken, we had to use Adobe Photoshop to take the reports and mix them in with the payroll reports from Foundation,” Austin says.

“I created a system where they could click a button, select a date range, and pull the daily reports into a file. Then, they could compile it all with the payroll reports and email it out.”
“It took our certified payroll down from ten hours a week to about two.”
Automated reports have also simplified job cost tracking for Austin, making analysis and budgeting quicker and easier.
“I have an automatic program that runs on my desktop in the office. Every morning at 6:00 AM, it pulls the hours from the day before into a spreadsheet, uploads it, and updates our schedule,” Austin continues.
