Theresa and the team also use the geofencing feature to set custom rules that prevent time clock interactions while outside of their project radius. It uses this information to automatically flag workers who leave that radius when logged in and send location-based reminders to clock in or out.
With this feature enabled, Draghi Burgos is able to avoid confusion and ensure honesty.
Resource scheduling prevents confusion
With Raken’s resource scheduling, Draghi Burgos can easily allocate their workforce across their jobsites. “It is nice that we have that calendar format,” says Alex.
“With scheduling in Raken, we can just adjust jobs and locations on the fly, and workers get alerted on their phone.”

Production tracking helps keep costs on track with estimates
Draghi Burgos also uses production tracking in Raken to more closely track both costs and expenses while monitoring overall performance. “When we get a job, we input all the budget line items that match our estimate, including hours, cost codes, names, and job titles,” Alex says. It helps them to stay on budget and make note of any growing expenses.
By visualizing equipment, labor, and material data in real time and tracking project progress, Draghi Burgos is able to more effectively see where they are and what needs to happen in order for them to meet their goals.
